Access to this platform is reserved for customers who have purchased a Ryutekk product. Creating an account does not grant access to services unless at least one valid product UUID is linked to your account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You must provide a valid email address and must not impersonate any other person or entity.
One account per person. You may not create multiple accounts.
You agree to use this platform only for lawful purposes and in compliance with the laws of your country of residence. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the platform complies with applicable local, national, and international regulations.

Each product UUID can only be linked to one account. By linking a UUID to your account, you confirm that you are the legitimate owner of the corresponding device.
If we determine that a UUID has been linked fraudulently, we reserve the right to unlink it and suspend the associated account without prior notice.
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently disable any account if we detect unusual, abusive, or suspicious activity, or if these Terms of Service are violated. In such cases, no prior notice is required.
We do not track users beyond what is strictly necessary to operate the platform (account authentication and product UUID management).
We do not use any third-party services to store your data. All data is stored on our own infrastructure.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third party.
In accordance with French law and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access, rectify, and request the deletion of your personal data. To exercise these rights, please contact us via the contact page.
This platform is provided free of charge as a companion service to Ryutekk products. We make no guarantee of uptime or continuous availability. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the platform at any time without notice.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Ryutekk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use this platform.
These Terms of Service are governed by French law. Any dispute arising from the use of this platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of France.
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes have been published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update.
